So, I don't know about you. But I love grocery shopping. I'd rather choose grocery shopping than do shopping for clothes lol. It's just something about the feeling of happiness to see the fresh produce aisle that I love, or looking at nutrition facts on a new products, it's just..... Addicting!

As you may know from previous blog, I've been doing a lot of changes on my diet. I went from high carb to low carb. Surprised surprised? haha
the thing is I thrive on a low carb to medium carb, I hated the way my body feel when I was on high carb diet. At first it does feel good on hclf, but after a while, the truth is not really.
You really can't eat a lot of stuff on high carb, and the food are just bland, like nothing.. I cannot eat salt (coz i gonna retain water), and i just keep doing it. I can't use oil on my foods... horrible! every dinner and lunch feels and taste like baby food. well, it's sorta okay, but you know.. as someone who loves to cook, i guess it's so nice to finally to experience food that i make is delicious and flavorful.
