I love porridge for breakfast. I mean who doesn't love em? They're gooey, yummy, hearty, good for you...
BUT... my dearest keto ppl, you really can't eat em, can't you? Why? Porridge usually made out of oats, rice, or any grains. They're not really suitable for ketogenic diet aka my diet at the moment.

PS: the thing is, I've been on ketogenic diet for a while. It works for my hyperhydrosis, and i lost weight effortlessly. I still am a vegan, just not I used to be. I used to eat a lot of pasta, rice, potato, bunch of fruits. Dont get me wrong, fruit are awesome, but they are not really great if u eat them in excessive amount.
I love how my body works right now on the ketogenic diet.

I used to eat oat porridge for breakfast, and I would literally took an hour nap to get thru the day. Is it just my body being weird? oh no ppl, turns out, i'm not alone.... some ppl do experienced it...

So, hoo anyway. I've been eating this a lot, and i have great energy, feel a lot fuller than regular oats, and i feel my body a lot lighter.


On this blog post i want to share to you the Keto-vegan-porridge recipe...
it's amazing how it taste just like the regular thing.

So let's make some vegan keto porridge, shall we?


Ingredients:
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut flour
2 tsp soy protein powder
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp of no sugar liquid sweetener
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon

1. Put all the ingredients in a jar. Close the lid. Then shake. Chill for about 1 hour.

that's it. this porridge can be served hot or cold. (you need to put it on microwave if u prefer hot one) I prefer cold porridge, it tastes like pudding.
